Hi there, I’m Addison! I'm so glad you're here!

I'm the founder of Funds & Finds, a fractional development and communications partner for museums and arts organizations.

Museums juggle A LOT: donor data, CRM workflows, events, follow-ups, campaigns, stewardship, grant writing, reporting, and the consistent challenges that come with community-facing work. For small teams (or teams in transition), that workload can stretch capacity FAST and lead to burnout. ​

Funds & Finds exists to make development support clearer and more accessible for museums across the U.S. and beyond. I bring several years of hands-on museum leadership experience, paired with a Masters in Nonprofit Administration, which allows me to bridge the gap between high level strategy and day-to-day workflows.

My goal is simple: reduce the operational load so your team can stay focused on what matters most: your mission, your visitors, and the communities you serve. Let's strengthen the museum sector together!
