Hi! I'm Addison! I’ve built my career around helping organizations grow, connect, and thrive. With a B.S. in Strategic Organizational Communication & Public Relations and an M.S. in Nonprofit Administration and Development, I bring both academic research strategy and real-world experience to my work.

Over the past decade, I’ve worked across the nonprofit sector, with more than twelve years dedicated to creating accessible experiences for children and families.

​

I currently serve as Director of Philanthropy & Fundraising at a premier children’s museum and as a board member of the Utah Museums Association, where I collaborate with colleagues across the state to strengthen the sector.

Through consulting, I extend this work to museums and arts organizations across the globe, providing tailored support during capital campaigns, staff transitions, and other pivotal projects. I focus not only on helping individual organizations succeed, but also on strengthening the museum sector as a whole.
