Hi! I'm Addison! I've built my career around helping organizations grow, connect, and thrive. With a B.S. in Strategic Organizational Communication & Public Relations and an M.S. in Nonprofit Administration and Development, I bring both academic research strategy and real-world experience to my work.

Over the past decade, I've worked across the nonprofit sector, with more than twelve years dedicated to creating accessible experiences for children and families. I began my career in Education, and am driven by a lifelong love of learning.

I currently serve as Director of Philanthropy and Communications at Utah's premier children's museum and as a board member of the Utah Museums Association (Fundraising Committee), where I collaborate with colleagues across the state to strengthen our cultural community.

Through consulting, I extend this work globally, helping arts and culture organizations succeed while strengthening the sector as a whole.
